VIRGINIA — An incident shortly after 11 a.m. last Friday at the Short Stop gas station in Virginia resulted in an Eveleth man being arrested for 4th-degree DWI.

Roger Tokvan allegedly hit the car wash machine with his truck when he didn’t center the vehicle when entering the automatic wash, according to a Virginia Police report. Short Stop workers said the car wash then stopped working.
