Tara Skadsem and Keaton Romsaas, both of Hermantown, Minn., were united in marriage on July 12, 2014, at Holy Spirit Church in Virginia. Rev. John O’Donnell and Rev. Gabriel Waweru officiated the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Brian and Tami Skadsem, of Chisholm; and Jim and Lea Romsaas, of Mountain Iron.
Maid of honor was Kaylee Grantham, friend of the bride, of Duluth.
Best man was Benjamin Romsaas, brother of the groom, of Duluth.
Bridesmaids were Kayla Rutan, cousin of the bride, of Grove City, Ohio; Rebecca Hanson, of Cloquet, Hannah Sandnas, of Biwabik, and Amber Johnson, of Embarrass, all friends of the bride. Flower girl was Elizabeth Tate, cousin of the groom, of Bryn Mawr, Pa.
Groomsmen were Cole Skadsem, brother of the bride, of Chisholm; Ethan Brinkman, David Boniface and Craig Skalko, friends of the groom, all of Duluth. Ringbearers were Brayden Gunsch, cousin of the groom, of Bismarck, N.D. and Cole Danaher, friend of the couple, of Biwabik.
Ushers were Daniel Rutan, cousin of the bride, of Grove City, Ohio; Preston Gunderson, of Virginia and Sean Rozell, of Ramsey, Minn., both friends of the groom.
A reception was held at the Mountain Iron Community Center. Following a honeymoon in Florida, the couple is at home in Hermantown.
