Rose A. Dzubnar, 101, lifelong resident of Eveleth died Sunday, May 5, 2019 at St. Raphael’s Health & Rehabilitation Center in Eveleth. She was born on April 14, 1918 to Peter and Katherine (Stanisich) Prebarich. Rose attended Eveleth schools and was united in marriage to Ignace Dzubnar on June 14, 1937 in Eveleth. Rose was a very generous person and a wonderful homemaker, her pasties were a picture. She enjoyed her family, playing cards and in her younger years doing needlework and sewing.
She is survived by her sons, Rudy (Karen) of Atascadero, California; Jack (Nancy) of White Bear Lake, Mn; grandchildren, Michael (Peggy), Diana (Tony) Pagano, Chrissy (Darren) McClure; Paul (Jennifer) and Ross (Beth); 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ignace, 4 brothers, 5 sisters and several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Resurrection Catholic Church, Eveleth. Celebrant will be Fr. Michael Garry.
